We want you to be completely satisfied with your Semilac UK purchase. If you change your mind, you can return any unopened and unused beauty products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, sealed condition. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened gel polishes, liquids, or tools.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your products to prevent damage during transit and include a note with your name and order number inside the parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send your package via a tracked service to our warehouse. Once inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
